The hotel offers amazing rooms that are very big and clean, with a marble stone 50 by 50 and a large terrace. The service, although nice, needs improvement in focusing more on customer needs. The location is very good, although quite small and disappointing in some areas. The dining experience is super nice, with good meals available. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel offers stunning rooms, perfectly clean and beautiful daily by the staff. However, the smell of sewage is a significant downside, and the distance from the reception can be inconvenient.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, though the prestigious room wasn't ready upon my 3 pm arrival. The twin rooms were comfortable but could have been more personalized upon request. The location was great with excellent in-house restaurants and superb spa facilities. The dining experience was nice but at an additional charge.

However, throughout my stay, the room was always kept clean and well-stocked with toiletries and bottled water. It's worth noting that if you book during the Ramadan month, consider the room allocations.
