The hotel offers amazing rooms that are very big and clean, with a marble stone 50 by 50 and a large terrace. The service, although nice, needs improvement in focusing more on customer needs. The location is very good, although quite small and disappointing in some areas. The dining experience is super nice, with good meals available. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel offers stunning rooms, perfectly clean and beautiful daily by the staff. However, the smell of sewage is a significant downside, and the distance from the reception can be inconvenient.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, though the prestigious room wasn't ready upon my 3 pm arrival. The twin rooms were comfortable but could have been more personalized upon request. The location was great with excellent in-house restaurants and superb spa facilities. The dining experience was nice but at an additional charge.
The hotel rooms were always kept clean and well-stocked with toiletries and bottled water, beautiful, and clean. However, the room was not ready at the 3 pm arrival. The service, provided by a very attentive staff, was one of the best we have ever met. The location was very good, though there were some surprising aspects in the small restaurants. The dining experience offered really good and quality food, albeit at an additional charge. The facilities were top-notch, offering various services and amenities for a pleasant stay.
The hotel provided a truly exceptional experience with its spacious, impeccably clean rooms and top-quality bed and pillow set. The daily room upkeep and ample supply of toiletries and bottled water were outstanding. However, there were some lapses in accurately fulfilling guest orders.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I noticed that the rooms were not ready at 3 pm as expected, and they were twin unless specifically requested otherwise. However, throughout my stay, the room was always kept clean and well-stocked with toiletries and bottled water. It's worth noting that if you book during the Ramadan month, consider the room allocations.
